Recipe - Baked Catfish In Soy-Ginger Sauce

1 pound Skinless catfish fillets
One half cup Dry bread crumbs
One fourth cup Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon Chopped parsley
One half teaspoon Paprika
One fourth teaspoon Dried oregano
One fourth teaspoon Dried basil
2 teaspoon Pepper
1/3 cup Milk
2 teaspoon Vegetable oil
Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasonings. Dip fillets in milk
and then roll in crumb mixture.
Spray baking pan with nonstick coating. Arrange fish in pan. Drizzle oil
over fish.
Bake at 450 degrees about 810 minutes or just until fish flakes easily.
Yields 4 servings, 231 calories each.
