Recipe - Baked Canned Ham

Ingredients:

1 Yellow onion; chopped
4 Strips thick cut or sliced up bacon;
minced
2 tablespoon Molasses
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dry mustard
1 cup Beer
4 cup Cannellini Beans Master

THIS IS A LEFTOVER RECIPE FOR USE WITH THE AROMATIC CANNELLINI BEANS
MASTER RECIPE.

Combine onion and bacon in an ovenproof frying pan. Cook, stirring, until
bacon is golden, about 7 minutes. Stir in molasses, brown sugar, mustard
and beer. Add beans and bring to a boil, stirring. remove from heat and
season generously with salt and pepper.

Transfer to a preheated 375F oven and bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes.

NOTES : Serve with grilled sausages (or hot dogs) and cole slaw; follow
with apple pie a la mode.
