Recipe - Baked Blintz Loaf

DRESSING
One fourth pound Blue cheese; crumbled
One half qt Buttermilk
1 One half cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Water
One half teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic; crushed
One half teaspoon White pepper
2 pound Halibut; cut in 5 oz.
servings
1 Red onion; cut or sliced up
Blue cheese crumbled
Mix all dressing ingredients, add water to thin if needed. Chill. Or: use
blue cheese dressing of preference.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large serving bowl or baking pan layer a thin amount of the blue
cheese dressing. Put fish in and add another thin layer of dressing on top.
Cover with cut or sliced up red onion and blue cheese crumbles.Bake for 25 to
30 minutes.
