Recipe - Baked Beans Espanol

1 pound Dried small white beans;
rinsed
4 One half cup Water
1/3 cup Molasses
One fourth cup Brown sugar
1 Onion; chopped
One fourth pound Salt pork; cut into 1" cubes
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
One half teaspoon Salt
In crock pot, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low 13 to 14 hrs.
, stirring occasionally, if possible. 6 to 8 servings.
