Recipe - Baked Bean Pot Lentils

1 pack (10 Oz.) Frozen Lima Beans
3 cn (1 Lb.) Baked Beans
2 cn (1 Lb.) Kidney Beans;
drained
1 pound Pork Link Sausage
One half pound Smoked Ham; cut in 1/2"
cubes
1 tablespoon Salt
One half teaspoon Mustard
One half tablespoon Pepper
1 cn (8 Oz) Tomato Sauce
One half cup Catsup
One fourth cup Brown Sugar
1 md Onion; chopped
Cook lima beans 10 minutes. Drain, mix with baked beans, drained kidney
beans, port sausage (cut each link in 3 pcs.) ham, tomato sauce and
seasonings with 3 One half qt. casserole. Bake uncovered in 400 degrees for one
hour. Add water during cooking if casserole seems dry.
Serves 25 at buffet.
