Recipe - Baked Bean Dip

1 cn Baked beans
1 One fourth cup Breadcrumbs
1 One half cup Ff cheese; grated *
1 Onion; chopped
2 teaspoon Mixed herbs; (ie., an
Italian herb blend)
2 Egg whites
* I have cut this amount in 1/2, and even eliminated it completely. The
loaf is so 'rich' it makes little difference at all.
Preheat oven 325F.
Mash beans and breadcrumbs together. Add remaining ingredients to form a
stiff dough. Thin with skim milk if necessary. Place in a loaf pan and bake
1 hour.
