Recipe - Baked Artichoke Dip

1 13oz can whole artichoke
hearts
3 ounce Cream cheese OR Boursin
cheese
One half cup Garlic butter, melted
Three fourths cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Three fourths cup Bread crumbs
One fourth cup Pine nuts, toasted
Open artichoke heart centers gently. Stuff with cream cheese. Dip into
butter, then mixture of Parmesan cheese and crumbs. Press pine nuts into
cheese. Place on foillined baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30
minutes. May flavor cream cheese with any favorite herbs.
