2 cn (29oz) peeled apricot
halves; drained
1 Stick butter; melted
One half cup Apricot juice
1 Box (9oz) Ritz crackers
2/3 cup Brown sugar
Cinnamon
Grease shallow 2quart casserole. Layer with apricots. Add brown sugar,
sprinkle with cinnamon and top with crushed cracker crumbs. Pour butter and
apricot juice over. Bake at 300 for 2530 minutes.
