Recipe - Baileys New York Egg Cream

3 ounce Bailey's Irish Cream
3 ounce Milk
1 One half ounce Chocolate or vanilla syrup
6 ounce Bottle seltzer water or club
soda
In a soda glass, stir together the Bailey's, milk, and syrup until well
blended. Add the seltzer water all at once, which will produce 2inch foamy
head. Serve immediately. Makes 1 serving. MasterCook formatted by Ethel
