Recipe - Baileys Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

2 cup GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
One fourth cup SUGAR
6 tablespoon BUTTER
Preheat oven to 325degrees.
Combine crumbs and sugar in
pan. Stir in butter. Press
into
Bottom and 1" up sides of
pan.
Bake 7 minutes.
Maintain oven temperature at
325degrees.
FILLING
2 One half pound CREAM CHEESE, room
temperature
1 2/3 cup SUGAR
5 EGGS, room temperature
1 cup BAILEY'S IRISH CREAM
1 tablespoon VANILLA
1 cup CHOCOLATE CHIPS
