Recipe - Baileys (Extra Rich) - 7

1 One half cup Blended Irish whiskey
1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon Instant coffee
1 cn Evaporated milk
1 cn Sweetened condensed milk
6 Eggs

Method: Combine whiskey, vanilla, and coffee in blender. Add milks and
blend for 1 minute. Add eggs and pulse stir (use lowest speed on blender
and turn onoff about eight times) just until smooth and not thick. Makes
about 4 cups. From Alan Burgstahler. Yes, Alan, those 12 ounce cups we're
all so fond of.
