Recipe - Bacon N Cheddar Beer Soup

6 ounce Vegetable oil
1 One half pound Onions; coarsely chopped
1 One fourth pound Potatoes; minced
1 pound Carrots; minced
1 pound Celery; cut or sliced up
1 cn ChefMate Bacon 'n Cheddar
Cheese Sauce (#10 can)
2 cup Beer
1 qt Chicken stock
1 One fourth pound Mixed Vegetables; frozen
One half teaspoon Paprika
One half teaspoon White Pepper
One fourth teaspoon Liquid Smoke flavor
2 tablespoon Parsley; chopped
1. Place vegetable oil in large stockpot. Add onios, potatoes, carrots and
celery; saute 2530 minutes or until vegetables are cooked. 2. Add
remaining ingredients. Combine thoroughly. Simmer 20 minutes over low heat,
stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
Makes 25 one cup servings.
