Recipe - Bacon And Swiss Waffles

2 cup Bisquick original baking mix
1 One half cup Milk
2 Eggs
1 cup Shredded Swiss cheese (4
ounces)
8 sl Bacon; crisply cooked and
crumbled (about One half cup)
HEAT waffle iron; grease if necessary. Beat baking mix, milk and eggs
with wire whisk or hand beater until smooth. Stir in cheese and bacon.
POUR batter by scant 1 cupfuls onto center of hot waffle iron.
BAKE until steaming stops and waffle is golden brown. Carefully remove
waffle. Twelve 4inch squares.
