Recipe - Bacon Mushroom And Swiss Meat Loaf

1 pound Good quality ground beef
One half pound Ground pork
1 small Onion; finely chopped
1 Egg
One half cup Corn flake crumbs; ( I used
bread crumbs)
One fourth cup Milk
4 ounce Grated swiss cheese
1 cn (4 Oz) mushrooms; drained
3 sl Bacon; chopped
In a large bowl add all ingredients. Blend well and shape into a loaf in a
baking dish. Bake at 350 for about an hour or till cooked through.
