Recipe - Bacon Layered Salad

1 lg Head cauliflower
1 Head lettuce; torn
1 pack (10oz) frozen peas
1 ct (8oz) sour cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1 pound Bacon; cooked, crumbled
Separate cauliflower into flowerets. Layer lettuce, cauliflower & peas in
that order in a 3quart bowl. Combine sour cream & mayonnaise, mixing well.
Spread evenly over top, sealing to edge of bowl. Sprinkle with remaining
ingredients in order listed. Cover bowl tightly & chill overnight. Yields
810 servings.
