Recipe - Bacon-Mushroom Fish Stuffing

6 Strips bacon; minced
One half cup Mushrooms
2 cup Stale bread cubes
1 tablespoon Grated onion
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Parsley
1 teaspoon Sage
1 cup Diced shrimp; optional
One half teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 Egg
Cook bacon until almost crisp. Saute mushrooms slightly in bacon drippings.
Add bacon and bread crumbs; stir over low heat until brown. Add remaining
ingredients.
