Recipe - Bachelors Chili

One half pound Beef in style of your
choosing
2 Cloves crushed garlic
Dark beer
Cumin
Salt
2 cn (small) or
1 cn (large) El Pato Mexican
tomato sauce
Chopped tomatos from the
garden
Chopped chili peppers from
the garden
One half Green Bell cut or sliced up and minced
One fourth (up to)
One half Onion cut or sliced up and minced
Whatever else you feel like
adding

Brown the meat with the crushed garlic, then throw everything else in and
simmer it until you feel like eating. Serve with beer (duh).
