1 cup Applesauce.
1 cup Egg substitute.
Three fourths cup Crushed & drained pineapple.
2 cup Whole wheat pastry flour.
Three fourths cup Sugar.
1 teaspoon Salt.
2 teaspoon Cinnamon.
2 teaspoon Soda.
1 teaspoon Grated orange zest.
Bake at 350 for 55 min.
