2 Baby bok choy; each
6to8inches long
1 tablespoon Orange zest; julienne or
grated
One fourth teaspoon Ginger infused sesame oil OR
minced ginger; to taste
Rinse the boy choy well. Cut in half lengthwise Place bok choy in a single
layer on a rack in a steamer, cut side up. Sprinkle with the orange zest
and put a portion of the gingeroil on the heart of the vegetable. Cover
and cook over for 6 to 8 minutes, or when fork tender. Serve with the zest.
