One fourth cup Great Northern Beans,
rinsed, dried & mashed
(about One half oz)
1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
I'm not sure if this is the right list (I'm behind on my digests)...but my
Weight Watchers leader gave us a good version:
Mix well and serve on bread. Good consistency, and you don't have to but
it. IT'S EASY!
