Recipe - Ayallas Banana Bread

Tomatoes cut or sliced up in One half inch
thick slices
Celery; finely chopped
Green onion; finely chopped
Blue cheese; crumbled
Parmesan cheese; grated
Italian dressing
Using a 4inch cookie sheet, layer tomatoes, celery, onions, blue cheese
and Parmesan cheese in this order. Sprinkle Italian dressing over top.
Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate several hours. If you serve directly
from cookie sheet, cover the bottom with foil. These stay good for several
days.
