Recipe - Avocado Moulded Salad

1 pack Lime Gelatin Powder
One half cup Warm Water
1 cn (1 Lb.) Crushed Pineapple;
drainreserve liquid
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
One half cup Mayonnaise
Three fourths cup Whipped Cream
One half cup Avocado (Ripe & Soft); minced

Dissolve jello in water and stir in One half cup pineapple juice. Cool. When it
thickens, add pineapple. Salt and add lemon juice. Fold in mayonnaise,
whipped cream and avocado. Mould.
