Recipe - Avocado Crab Dip

2 Ripe avocados
Juice of 1 lemon
1 pound Fresh or frozen crabmeat
2 tablespoon Chili sauce
2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
2 tablespoon Sour cream
2 tablespoon Chopped scallion
1 tablespoon Capers
One half teaspoon Salt
Black pepper
Tortilla chips
Mash avocado with lemon. Add crabmeat and mix gently. In a separate bowl,
combine next 6 ingredients and mix well. Fold in avocadocrab mixture.
Chill before serving with tortilla chips.
