Recipe - Aunty Fays Coffee Cake

3 cup Bisquick® baking mix
1 One half cup Sugar
3 Eggs
1 1/8 cup Cream, * see note
Three fourths cup Wesson Oil
TOPPING
One half cup Nuts, I used walnuts
One half cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Cinnamon (up to 2)
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13x8 inch pan. Mix all
ingredients together. Pour into pan. Mix topping ingredients together.
Sprinkle topping over the top. Bake about 2530 minutes until toothpicck
inserted comes out clean
NOTES : evaporated or half n half okay
