Recipe - Aunt Esthers Porcupines

One half pound Ground beef
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 md Onion; minced
One fourth teaspoon Poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Rice
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
2 cup Tomato juice
Mix all ingredients, except tomato juice, with One half cup water. Form in 8
balls and brown lightly in heavy kettle. Add tomato juice; cover, and
simmer about 1 One half hours, adding a little water when necessary.
