Recipe - Augratin Potatoes

One half cup Parmesan cheese
1 One half cup Cheddar cheese; shredded
2 cup Milk
One fourth cup Flour
1 tablespoon Butter; melted
One fourth cup Bread crumbs
5 cup Potatoes; peeled and cut or sliced up
Preheat oven to 350. In large saucepan melt One fourth cup butter; add flour and
milk and bring to a boil. Add cheeses and stir, then add potatoes, stirring
to mix well. Pour into 9 X 13 inch pan. Melt 1 tablespoon butter and
combine with breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over top of potatoes. Cover and bake for
1 to 1 One half hours.
