6 cup (6 medium) potatoes; cut or sliced up
and peeled
1 md Onion; coarsely chopped
1 One half cups cubed cooked ham;
up to 1
4 ounce (1 cup) shredded american
cheese
10 Three fourths ounce Condensed cream of mushroom
soup
One half cup Milk
One fourth teaspoon Thyme; up to 1/2
In slow cooker, layer half each of the potatoes, onion, ham and cheese;
repeat layers. In small bowl, combine soup, milk and thyme; pour over top.
Cover; cook on high setting for 1 hour. Reduce to low setting; cook for 6
to 8 hours or until potatoes are tender. 7 (1 cup) servings.
