2 pound Asparagus
8 ounce Waterchestnuts; Canned,
Drained And Sliced
One fourth cup Butter; Or Margarine
One half teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
Prepare asparagus and cut diagonally into 12" pieces. Place asparagus and
remaining ingredients in 2quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on
high 9 to 12 minutes, stirring every 4 minutes, until asparagus is
crisptender.
