Recipe - Asparagus Stir Fry

2/3 pound Asparagus
One fourth cup Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Sliced garlic
One half teaspoon Salt
Rinse asparagus in cold water. Snap off tough ends. Slice asparagus into
1inch pieces diagonally. Heat oil in wok over high heat 30 seconds.
Stirfry garlic until golden (30 seconds). Add asparagus and salt. Stirfry
3 minutes or until asparagus is crisptender. Serve hot from wok. Serves 4.
