Recipe - Asian Slaw

STEP 1
1 pound Shiitake mushrooms
1 cup Peanut oil
One fourth cup Sesame oil
6 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 cup Balsamic vinegar
1 One half tablespoon Garlic; minced
STEP2
4 cup Dikon radish; julienned
4 cup Carrots; julienned
4 cup Red onion; roasted,
julienned
2 bn Green onion; thin bias cut
1 cup Jicama; julienned
STEP 3
2 Juice of lemon
STEP 1:
1. Toss all.
2. Grill, Broil, or Saut mushrooms for 34 minutes.
3. Cool, then julienne.
STEP 2:
1. Toss all ingredients with julienned mushrooms.
STEP 3:
1. Add lemon juice, DRAIN well before serving.
