Recipe - Asian Skewered Chicken

6 Woooden or metal skewers;
(up to 8)
One fourth cup Soy sauce
3 tablespoon Dry white wine
3 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
One half teaspoon Ginger
One half teaspoon Garlic powder
One fourth teaspoon Onion powder
1 ds Pepper
1 One half pound Boneless skinless chicken
breast cut into 1 One half in
cubes

Grills it all in a snap!
soak wooden skeewers for 20 minsin water mix everything together and soak
chicken cubes for 30 mins devide chick into 6 to 8 equal part and put on
skeewers grill 5 to 7 mins or until chicken is no longer pink
