Recipe - Asian Marinade (For Fish)

One fourth cup Soy sauce or tamari
2 tablespoon Dark sesame oil
2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
1 tablespoon Minced garlic
1 tablespoon Minced ginger
1 Scallion, cut or sliced up thin
(about 2 tb)
Ground black pepper to taste
Marinate fish for 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes. Then grill for
about 8 minutes.
