Recipe - Asian Marinade

One half cup Fresh orange juice
1/3 cup Fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup Fresh lime juice
3 tablespoon Rice wine vinegar
One half cup Low sodium soy sauce
3 Whole scallions thinly
Sliced
White, lt. green onl
1 small Jalapeno cut or sliced up thin,
Crosswi
One half teaspoon Red pepper flakes
8 Thin strips orange zest
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Use to marinade shellfish, chicken or
pork.
