2 lg Heads Bok Choy (Chinese
cabbage)
2 teaspoon Sesame seeds
2 teaspoon Teriyaki sauce

Shar (Loverly@prodigy.com ( SHARON R MCCORMACK))sent me these recipes in
answer to my request and was unsure how to post them to the group. So, I
told her that I would do it for her:
Heat the oil in a wok or large deep skillet,over low heat for 1 minute.
Meanwhile shred the cabbage fine.Add the cabbage and stir fry 4 minutes.
Add sesame seeds and stir fry 1 minute more.Add teriyake sauce and toss
ingredients until cabbage is tender but still crisp.Makes 4 servings..
