Recipe - Artichoke Bean Dip

15 ounce Canned navy beans; drained,
or pinto beans
14 ounce Canned artichoke hearts;
drained
7 ounce Canned artichoke hearts;
drained and minced
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 Cloves garlic; pressed
2 Whole green onion; chopped,
or minced yellow onion
Salt and pepper; to taste
Paprika; for garnish
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT the 7 ounce of minced artichokes in a food
processor and blend until smooth. Stir in the minced artichoke pieces for
texture and enhanced flavor.

205g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 620mg Sodium Food Exchanges: 7

NOTES : We love this with anything dippable. Bagels, veggie sticks,
crackers etc.
