Recipe - Artichoke Balls

1 Garlic clove minced
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 8 ounce can
1 Egg beaten
One fourth cup Parmesan cheese
One half cup Italian bread crumbs
Artichoke hearts mashed
Saute garlic in oil. Add egg and artichokes. Cook over low heat for 5
minutes. Remove from heat. Add Parmesan cheese and One fourth cup bread crumbs.
With a teaspoon, form into balls. Roll in remaining bread crumbs. Chill 2
hours or until ready to serve.
