Recipe - Aros Con Pollo

1 Fryer
1 teaspoon Salt
One half cup Tomato sauce
One half teaspoon Cumin
3 cup Water
1 One fourth cup Rice
One half teaspoon Pepper
One half teaspoon Garlic chopped
Cut up fryer, brown in shortening. Remove chicken, brown rice in same
shortening. Mix together, add 3 cups water. Stir in other ingredients,
cover and simmer till rice is tender.
