Recipe - Aromatic Green Casserole

3 ounce Snap beans; cut into bite
size pieces
3 ounce Brussels sprouts; cut into
bitesize pieces
3 ounce Broccoli; cut into bitesize
pieces
1 One half ounce Walnuts; chopped
2 tablespoon Soy oil
One half teaspoon Fresh dill; chopped
One fourth teaspoon Sage
One half teaspoon Salt
Juice of One half lemon
pn Cayenne
Steam beans, brussels sprouts, and broccoli for 8 minutes. Combine beans
and walnuts with remaining ingredients and 2 ounces water. Transfer to
blender and puree until smooth. Pour sauce over vegetables.
Serve hot or cold.
