Recipe - Armenian Potato Salad

4 md White potatoes
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Dried mint
One half lg Purple onion; cut or sliced up
One fourth cup Salad oil
One fourth cup Fresh lemon juice

Boil potatoes. Slice when cool. Add all the ingredients. Toss and chill.
