3 One half cup Tomato juice
16 ounce Chicken, cooked & cut up
2 small Raw Potatoes, minced
1 md Eggplant, cut up
1 lg Raw Onion, minced
6 Celery Stalks with Greens,
minced
28 ounce Green Beans, drained
12 ounce Fresh or
8 ounce canned Mushrooms, drained
1 tablespoon Oregano
Garlic, to taste
Onion Powder, to taste
Parmesan Cheese, grated
Place all ingredients in a crock pot in the order listed (except for the
cheese) , cover and cook 810 hours on medium. Serve with cheese. Makes 20
cups.
