Recipe - Apricot Orange Bread

2 cup Allpurpose flour
1 tablespoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Baking soda
Three fourths cup Sugar
One fourth cup Butter; softened
One half cup Orange juice
2 tablespoon Mllk
1 Egg
1 One fourth cup Chopped dried apricots
One fourth pack (12oz) Nestle Toll House
little bits semisweet
chocolate
One half cup Chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder,
salt and baking soda; set aside. In large bowl, combine sugar and butter;
beat well. Add orange juice, milk and egg; beat well. Gradually blend in
flour mixture. Stir in apricots, Nestle Toll House Little Bits semisweet
chocolate and nuts. Spread into greased and floured 9x5x3inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 5055 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
Cool completely on wire rack. Makes one loaf.
