Ingredients:
Apricot Jello Salad recipe makes 4 Servings
20 ounce Crushed pineapple with juice
One half cup Sugar
1 small Apricot jellodry
8 ounce Light cream cheese; softened
16 ounce Cool Whip LiteŽ
Boil first three ingredients in saucepan. Cool. (It's important that this
mixture is completely cool before adding the rest of the ingredients.) Beat
in cream cheese and cool whip. Chill.
