Ingredients:
Apricot Danish Filling recipe makes 2 1/2 Cups
2 cup Dried apricot halves
2 cup Orange juice
1 cup Water
1. Simmer all until very soft.
2. Puree and use to fill baked goodies.
NOTES : YIELDS: 1 quart
