Ingredients:
Apricot - Glazed Carrots recipe makes 50-55.
5 cup Carrots; julienned
Three fourths cup Water
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth cup Apricot preserves
In medium saucepan, combine carrots and water; bring to a boil. Reduce
heat; cover and cook over medium heat 812 minutes or until carrots are
tender; drain. Stir in salt and apricot preserves. Makes 8 (One half cup)
servings.
