Recipe - Apricot-Pecan Loaf

2 cup Flour
1 One fourth cup Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Egg
2 tablespoon Cooking oil
Three fourths cup Apricot nectar
2 cup Dried apricots, chopped
One half cup Pecans, chopped
ApricotPecan Loaf
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, & salt. Add egg, oil, &
apricot nectar & blend well. Add apricots & pecans. Put into greased loaf
pan & bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour. Cool & slice.
10 servings.
