Recipe - Apricot-Almond Dressing

One half cup Nakano natural rice vinegar
One half cup Apricot jam
2 tablespoon Sliced natural almonds
In blender process vinegar and apricot jam until smooth. Add almonds. Pour
dressing over your favorite combination of fruits. No need to stir. Serves
8.
