1/3 cup Applesauce
Three fourths cup Buttermilk
2 One half cup Bread flour
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Butter
1 One half teaspoon Yeast

Place all ingredients in pan in order listed (Hitachi machine). Adjust as
needed for your machine.
