4 cup French bread; cut in cubes
1 One half cup Apples; green or red
delicious, or a mixture
One half cup Raisins
1 One half cup Skim milk
3 Egg Beaters Real Egg
Product;, (Three fourths cup)
Three fourths cup Sugar;, (or One half cup sugar +
3 packets Sweet 'n Low)
2 tablespoon Liquid Butter Buds
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
One fourth teaspoon Nutmeg
In a 2 quart casserole that has been sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray,
combine bread cubes, apples, and raisins; set aside. Combine milk, Egg
Beaters, sugar, liquid Butter Buds, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg; pour
over bread mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 45 50 minutes or until knife
inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm with Dream Whip or nonfat
frozen yogurt on top, if desired.
