1/3 cup Whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
One fourth teaspoon Nutmeg
1 One half teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
4 tablespoon Powdered milk
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
One half cup Water; plus 3 TB
Three fourths cup Apple; tart,chopped, peeled
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
