Recipe - Apple Walnut Cake

2 cup Sugar
One half cup Margarine
2 Large eggs
2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cup Allpurpose flour
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
4 cup Apples; cut or sliced up thin
1 cup Black walnuts; chopped
1. Cream margarine and sugar in mixing bowl. Add beaten eggs and vanilla
extract and whisk to blend well.
2. Combine baking soda, salt, flour and cinnamon; add to egg mixture and
beat until thoroughly mixed.
3. Add peeled and thinly cut or sliced up apples along with the chopped walnuts to
batter. Blend ONLY enough to spread apples and nuts throughout batter.
4. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2inch pan. Pour in the batter and bake
in a preheated 325degree oven for 1 hour.
